If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please email us immediately at support@dropshipcn.com and submit photo images for inspection. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. For the fastest service, please provide the order number along with your email address.
To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping materials and the damaged items. We do not accept washed or used products for replacement or refund.

When completing an order, the customer must provide an accurate and secure address for delivery. The phone number is required for shipping purposes only. The information is used when the courier could not locate the destination and to reduce the chance of return.
We do concern about customer privacy but the proportion of delivery failure by the local post office is very high when the phone number is incorrect or not provided.
We will notify you if there is any return order, and the shipping fee would be charged for re-sending it. Due to the limitation on shipment control, undelivered orders might be disposed of by the courier, and DropShipCN is not responsible for replacement or refund upon wrong or incomplete address shipment.

If you want to exchange or return an item that is unopened or unused, please contact support@dropshipcn.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service, and DropShipCN is not responsible for lost shipments for returns.
Due to the limitation of customization, only a partial refund will be issued for returns other than defective reasons and refused delivery by customers. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item plus shipping costs as determined by our sole discretion.
To maintain the safety of every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that are opened or used. No refund would be issued, and unqualified return packages will dispose of without notification.

Once your claim is approved, you would get either account credit, a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method. We will issue account credit in 1-2 working days. Refund to the original method might take 1-2 months to show on your statement, depends on the banks or credit card companies you used.
For returns/exchanges due to any other reasoning than as stated above, the store owner is responsible for further handling of the order as deemed appropriate. If we receive returned items, we will contact you about the return and ship them back to you upon agreement with our shipping charges.
